Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Expo September 20th Sugarcreek Middle School 3600 Feedwire Road 5:00 to 7:00 PM Setup at 4:00 PM Information: Contact Chamber of Commerce at 937-848-4930 Cost $60 for members, $85 for non-members. Payment due by September 18th, 2007. Exhibit Rules 1. We are in a no smoking facility, plan accordingly. 2. All tables are to be set up by 5:00 PM sharp, no exhibiters to be admitted past that time. 3. Tables come in different sizes, those that enroll first get the best options- a fact of life when there are limits. 4. No orders can be taken at the event, so have a method to retain information on those prospects you wish to remember. 5. Door prizes need to be submitted by September 18th so we can plan for drawing times. 6. All tables are to be cleared by 7:30. 7. Electricity is very limited, so please be aware. If you need it let us know early, and bring an extension cord for access, as it is likely you will need it. 8. Being kind towards others is always appreciated.
